Australian-sourced grapes are beautifully fermented by Oenologist James Kallesske at the Hatten Wines HQ in Sanur. Pop into the Cellar Door for wine tastings and merchandising plus a quick tour of the facilities. A Private dining room/event space upstairs makes for a fabulous and unique entertaining area. Open from 9am - 8pm. NB: Hatten Wines' Two Islands labels have won a number of wine awards in Asia and in Europe.
