Chef Will Meyrick, of Long Grain and Jimmy Liks fame - has garnered such a following from both tourists and residents alike that it is a quite a challenge to get a table. Book in advance and get to taste the Betel leaf with salmon, shrimp laced with galangal and coriander or seared scallops with crispy pork belly with a tangy spicy dipping sauce. Green curry of snapper or, a personal favourite, of dahl and naan. Drinks at the elegant bar are just as flavoursome.
