The Four Seasons at Jimbaran Bay is one of the finest resorts this island has to offer, so you won't be surprised to learn that the food at this restaurant follows suit. Taman Wantilan offers immaculate service and ambiance - the restaurant is set in a Balinese pavilion overlooking the bay - and the Italian menu (created by Chef Made Widiana) is a masterwork in culinary classics. You don't need to be staying at the Four Seasons of course, but after eating here you may well be tempted to check into a villa. Five stars.
