Located on Petitenget #14, directly across the road from Sardine, near Metis, Barbacoa's focus is on modern, wood fire and charcoal cooking - the open hearth barbeque is a fabulous interior feature. The standout is the 8-hour slow cooked whole lamb or pork and our favourite - burnt carrots! There is also a plentiful selection of fresh local char-grilled seafood and healthy salads. The restaurant is made from sustainable materials from Indonesia and boasts a 10-metre high ceiling, air-conditioned throughout. Great lighting!
