If you are wanting to try some really authentic Balinese classic meals you must try Tiigo @ Montigo Resort Seminyak. Set in the heart of the island's most trendy and fashionable strip this gem is a new comer to the area but is making a big splash already. Some of our favourites are for starters Lawae Bebek, Pork Belly and Gado Gado. For the mains you should try the Bubi Guling and Ayam Betutu. Must try dessert is the chocolate decadence (not sure how traditional that is) it tastes amazing. They also do a very traditional Pandan Layer cake with a twist that is a must try. Best to get a few and share so you don't miss out on any of the flavours. If you want something a little more western you can choose any kind of meat or seafood you like to be grilled in the open grilled area and watch them cook for you, or try the Japanese Sushi, pizza, pasta or tapas. There is something to suit everyone. The main dining room is full air conditioned but you can also choose to sit outside and make the most of the great weather. While you are waiting for your food make sure you try some of the great cocktails they have on the menu. If it isn't on the menu the bar staff are more than happy to let you teach them how to do it.
