Akua de Bilbao at Jimbaran Bay is a restaurant and lifestyle venue inspired by the beautiful blues and greens of Bali. Akua de Bilbao has an amazing array of seriously good Spanish food that is 'de la casa', so good that you'd think Mama cooked it! Start with some thinly sliced Jamon with home-made bread and olive oil drizzled over the top. Follow it up with some home-style shared prawns in garlic these always will have you asking for more bread. Then order meatballs, chorizo, Spanish omelette, croquetas fish dishes and of course save room for dessert and some seriously good coffee. Or stick to the wine or Gin Kas. They have it all!
